Students in A period band will be working with SmartMusic assessment software at home. Find your packet below! Year 1 is for all students who are new to the program. Year 2 are for returning band students in A period who worked with the software last year.
Students in period 1 or 2 Symphonic Band, or 7th and 8th graders in Vivace/Chamber strings and interested in auditioning for the California All-State Honor Band or Orchestra may find more information on auditions here!
Vivace and Chamber strings will have their Fall debut at the Castillero Middle School Premier Concert next week! We will have two coach buses pick students and their equipment/uniforms up at Redwood and bring them to Castillero for full-group rehearsal. Families are to take their students home after supporting and cheering them on during the performance. Please be sure to fill out and return your field trip authorization ASAP!
Now it the time to order a Redwood Music Department Jacket! We will be placing orders for our popular blue and white jackets at the beginning of November. Jackets are available to any students in any of our Redwood music groups. Download the order form below! Be sure to see Mr. Jow to check out sample sizes and make sure that the size you order is the right one for you.
