Percussion: Currently integrated into our band classes during the school day!
Percussion is a fantastic way to get involved in the band program at Redwood. Percussion is a beginning/entry-level class that occurs during the regular school day and is open for students brand new to music interested in playing concert band percussion, or for students with some musical experience on other instruments who are interested in learning the fundamentals of concert percussion as well. This class feeds into and qualifies students to play percussion in Intermediate Band the following school year.
Winter Percussion is an after-school group open to any Redwood student, whether is a current music class or not! All are welcome to join regardless of experience or ability level.
